How we ship:

All items are inspected visually before shipping. We do our best to weed out any noticeably damaged products, but sometimes minor defects may be missed. All items will be protected using packing peanuts or bubble wrap. For Funko Pop pre-orders we include complimentary 0.5 mm pop protectors for additional protection.

Condition: New Condition

Product is new and never opened. Mint condition graded packaging cannot be guaranteed. Some figures may show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Manufacturers do not consider these as defects, therefore they cannot be returned due to these imperfections.

Condition: Box Damage

Product will have noticeable damaged packaging such as, but not limited to, dents, scratches, tears, creases, warping. The figure itself will be in like new condition. Please consider this before selecting this condition. PURCHASES FINAL. NON-REFUNDABLE.

Major defects or damages:

If a product shows any major defects (such as crushed boxes, broken/missing pieces, defective parts), contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and images/description of the product defects. Images are required to assess the defects and are subject to review by our customer service staff. Minor manufacturing defects are not able to be replaced based on these defects, including but not limited to minor paint imperfections / figure positioning / damaged plastic sleeve. Packaging imperfections and blemishes will not be considered as a damaged figure.

Shipping Damage:

We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. If your purchase arrives with major damages, please contact us with your order number and attach images of both the product and shipping box. These images are required and all replacements / returns / refunds are subject to review by our customer service staff.

• All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm
• Please note there may be delays during busy season/holidays; please contact us if you have not received any updates within 7 days of ordering
• Shipping will generally take between 1 to 7 business days for transit

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Pre-Order Policy: You are allowed cancel your pre-order with no fees within 14 days of the first pre-order day (Ex; if the pre-order began on 9/1 , you have until 9/15) . Beyond 14 days , your order is either (1) subjected to a 15% cancellation fee or (2) your order will be refunded with store credit only.
• Defective products must be exchanged within 30 days upon delivery, anything beyond 30 days will not be replaced. (no exceptions)
