Popular products will often have a limited run and high demand. By pre-ordering you will be guaranteed the product before it sells out. For standard sized Funko pops we also include complimentary 0.5mm pop protectors for all pre-orders!
When will I be charged?
All Pre-Orders are charged at time of purchase.
Can I change my shipping address before shipping?
Yes. Please use our contact page or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number and new shipping address.
When will my pre-orders be shipped?
All orders containing a pre-order product will be held until ALL products in the order are available to ship. If you prefer to ship items separately please place the orders on separate transactions or email us to split your shipments. Once products are available we will try to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Arrival dates are estimated and may change depending on availability from the manufacturer. Dates can often change due to factors that are out of our control such as production delays, shipping delays, backed up shipping ports. Please note that we are only given estimated dates and a product's release date does not represent the exact date we will be receiving the products.
Oftentimes the manufacturers/distributors are only able to produce/supply a specific amount that must be allocated to multiple vendors/retailers. Therefore some vendors/retailers may receive their units before others, and may only receive part of their total allocated amounts.
Orders will be shipped on a first come first serve basis.
Pre-Order Cancellations / Refunds:
Pre-Ordered items can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellations after 14 days will be given two options:
Option 1: Store credit of 100% of the purchase cost (including shipping and applicable taxes)
Option 2: Refund of the order credited back to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee
In some rare instances, some products may be outright discontinued/canceled due to licensing or production issues. In such a case, your order will be fully refunded.

How we ship:
All items are inspected visually before shipping. We do our best to weed out any damaged products, but sometimes minor defects may be missed. All items will be protected using packing peanuts or bubble wrap. For Funko Pop pre-orders we include complimentary 0.5 mm pop protectors for additional protection.
Some figures may show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Manufacturers do not consider these as defects, therefore they cannot be returned due to these imperfections.
If a product shows any major defects, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and images of the product defects. Images are required to assess the defects and are subject to review by our customer service staff. Slight manufacturing defects are not able to be replaced based on these defects, including but not limited to minor paint imperfections / figure positioning / damaged plastic sleeve. Packaging imperfections and blemishes will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. If your purchase arrives with major damages, please contact us with your order number and attach images of both the product and shipping box. These images are required and all replacements / returns / refunds are subject to review by our customer service staff.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Pre-Order Policy: You are allowed cancel your pre-order with no fees within 14 days of the first pre-order day (Ex; if the pre-order began on 9/1 , you have until 9/15) . Beyond 14 days , you are subjected to a 15% cancellation fee.
Defective products must be exchanged within 30 days upon delivery, anything beyond 30 days will not be replaced. (no exceptions)
