Pre-Order F.A.Q.
How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?
Multiple quantities of the same pre-order item will be shipped together when we receive the product at our warehouse. We do not hold orders to ship multiple pre-ordered items together.
Can I combine an order that contains a pre-order with other DragonsTrading merchandise?
Not at this time.
When will I be charged?
We will process payments as soon as you have placed the pre-order and ship the products when we receive them at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after you are being charged.
How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?
We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.

Can I modify or cancel a preorder?
Yes, pre-ordered items can be modified or cancelled before the item ships. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in the confirmation email.
What is your return policy on pre-ordered items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective products. To determine if a pre-ordered product can be returned because you changed your mind, please refer to the individual product page where any exclusions may be noted.
How will my pre-order be shipped?
All pre-orders are shipped using our Standard shipping methods once the item has been received at our warehouse.

What is the difference between standard and gold shipping (Funko Exclusives)?
Standard
- Inspection to ensure no major damage on figure or box. We are not responsible for any minor manufacturer defects such as minor cosmetic paint defects.
- Pop will be sealed in a custom sized inner box, which will then be bubble wrapped, before placing in an outer box for shipping.
- Pop is shipped through USPS First Class.
- We are not responsible for any caused by the USPS, including minor scrapes, rubbing, dings, dents, or creases on box.
- If box arrives with any damage, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will include you on our replacement box list. Replacement boxes will be available 2 - 3 month after release date. Date subject to change by Funko.

- Any cancellation after 15 days of ordering will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Gold Shipping
- Inspection of all aspects of the Pop, including paint and box conditions (Item will be as near to pristine/mint condition as possible).
- Pop will come covered with a sturdy plastic pop protector.
- Covered Pop will be sealed in a custom sized inner box, which will then be bubble wrapped, before placing in an outer box for shipping.
- Pop is shipped through USPS Priority Shipping. Your order will be expedited before all other editions.
- If box arrives damaged, you may return the item to us and once we receive it, we will send a new one to you as soon as possible. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
