RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Pre-Order Policy: You are allowed cancel your pre-order with no fees within 14 days of the first pre-order day (Ex; if the pre-order began on 9/1 , you have until 9/15) . Beyond 14 days , you are subjected to a 15% cancellation fee.
• Defective products must be exchanged within 30 days upon delivery, anything beyond 30 days will not be replaced. (no exceptions)
