How do I know that I have successfully placed my order?
If your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Will you ship all of my pre-ordered items together?
Multiple quantities of the same pre-order item will be shipped together when we receive the product at our warehouse. We do not hold orders to ship multiple pre-ordered items together.
When will I be charged?
We will process payments as soon as you have placed the pre-order and ship the products when we receive them at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email after you are being charged.
How accurate is the shipping date on the product page?
We strive to keep the expected date of arrival as up-to-date as possible. But because we don't have control over the production of these products, pre-order dates are subject to change without prior notice.

Can I modify or cancel a pre-order?
Yes, but must be cancelled within 15 days. Be sure to have your order number, which you received in the confirmation email. Any cancellation after 15 days of ordering will incur a 15% restocking fee.
What is your return policy on pre-ordered items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective products. To determine if a pre-ordered product can be returned because you changed your mind, please refer to the individual product page where any exclusions may be noted.
How will my pre-order be shipped?
All pre-orders are shipped using our Standard shipping methods once the item has been received at our warehouse.
U.S.: Standard (2-5 business days after processing)
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Some figures may show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Manufacturers do not consider these as defects, therefore they cannot be returned due to these imperfections.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Dragons Trading are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Tracking information will always be emailed to the buyer with the order once it is sent out of our warehouse. Our shipping services include:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you wish.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
For nearly a decade, Dragons Trading has been traveling across the United States selling the newest toys released. What was once a company only attending small conventions, we are now attending conventions such as; San Diego Comic Con, AnimeExpo, and NDK. We have also established a presence online, giving an opportunity for consumers(and/or fans) to purchase our figures across the country.
